A leading citizen of our Mountain View, AR music community, Joe is a multi-instrumentalist and a master of the hammered dulcimer, proprietor of the “Little Crooked House” recording studio, and key member of the Ozark Folk Center’s contract performing group. But for many of our rising young players, Joe’s best role has been mentor, cheerleader, and like-family friend.
